Last full week of school!

I'm still kind of in shock due to the fact that this semester went by in the twinkling of an eye. I feel like we just started yesterday and now we're already done. Is it just me or is time speeding up? Wow, I hope life doesn't keep going this fast. I don't wanna look back and have regrets. I need to do better at making sure I'm doing my best each day to build strong relationships and leave my mark in a positive way. Life is so short ahhh!!!!

Doing good assignment

Last night my friends and I went to slc to watch BYU basketball game. After the game, we decided go to temple square after and see the lights. I had a brand new box of theater size dots that I was looking forward to eating. I saw a homeless man with a sign that said he was hungry...I gave him my dots.

Books

Due to school, I never really read for fun even though I always want to. I've never felt like I'm an up-to-date stufent with homework etc...however, I made a goal to read at least one book of enjoyment each semester. This semester I started reading The Five Languages of Love Men's Edition. My Doctrine and Covenants teach suggested it to me because I asked her for a good book on "judging people righteously." Even though I'm not married, the book is still extremely applicable to me. I think everyone should read this book no matter what their marital status may be.

Happy thanksgiving

The only thing I hate about coming home to Colorado for the holidays is returning to Provo when they're over. I hate leaving my family....I wish BYU gave us more vacation time....like no fall or spring break? What the hell is that all about! Ahhhhhhh

Mondays

I have a love/hate relationship with Mondays. It's nice to get back on track from the weekend, but at the same time it sucks. I always feel like I could have and should  studied a lot more over the weekend. The other thing I like about Mondays is the fact that I'm rejuvenated from Sunday and am usually mentally prepared to go about my daily endeavors. I wish I was in grade school again....things were much easier.

I sys 201

I'm in I sys 201 right now...I actually enjoy this class a lot more than I thought I would. Right now we're going through some computer programming stuff. I think that everyone should take this class just to learn about all the cool stuff you can do with technology today. Another class that everyone should take is M COM 320; however, only take it from Shayne Clarke...he's legit.

why is it that every time I am interested in a girl, I can't do anything about it because she has a bf? Seriously, I hate it! As much as I wanna be happy for the dude dating her, I'm not at all.

Libros porque sí

Para que no se me pierda el español, voy a esribir así. Ya que no tengo clases en español, se me hace facil acostumbrarme a hacer todo en ingles, lo cual no me anima. Lo único que quería escribir esta semana fue el hecho de que me quedan muchos libros por leer. Cada vez que me pongo a leer un libro que no sea de la universidad, me siento ansioso y que debo poner mi tiempo en mis estudios. A su vez, aprendo muchas cosas al leer por que sí. La razón por la que digo tales cosas es por lo que me occurió la semana pasada. Iba a leer el libro "the message," que se trate de la vida después de ésta. Al comenzar leyendo, se me occurió que me quedaba  unas asignaciones de la escuela por hacer. Después de llegar a esto, no pude enfocarme más. A fin de cuentas, voy a mejorar en la balanza de la lectura personal y la lectura escolatical:)
